A special episode of Eco Exchange about the evolution of local CSAs (Community Supported Agriculture) will air on Sept 9 at 7:30.

Four farms will be featured: Indian Line Farm in Great Barrington, Red Fire Farm of Granby, Enterprise Farm of Whatley and Chestnut Farms of Hardwick, MA.

Farmers describe the new demand for locally grown food, the factors involved with expanding to year-round operations, CSA structure, and their hopes and dreams for the future.
