DESCRIPTION:HoosicÂ  RiverfestÂ  May 26\nRiverfest, theÂ  annual celeb
 ration of the Hoosic held by the Hoosic River Watershed AssociationÂ  
 (HooRWA), will be held at Cole Field onÂ  the Williams College campus 
 from 11AM to 4 PM on Saturday, May 26.Â  AdmissionÂ  is $5 advance and
  $7 at the gate per person. Children 10 and under admittedÂ  free. Riv
 erfest is a familyÂ  event that features live river animals, crafts an
 d games, pony rides, raftÂ  rides, live music, drumming and a riversid
 e art exhibit. The traditionalÂ  Riverfest bird walk, led by Leslie Re
 ed-Evans of the Williamstown Rural LandsÂ  Foundation, begins the day 
 of celebration. (Meet at 7:30 at Ephs Pond oppositeÂ  Cole Field.) Eve
 nts for kids and adults are scheduled throughout the day. Â Â Â Â Â Â 
 Â Â Â  Healing Winds, a not-for-profit Native American cultural andÂ  
 educational organization, will set up a tepee and invite children to h
 elpÂ  erecting a wigwam. These will be settings for drumming, dancing,
  storytellingÂ  and games. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Riverfest tickets have b
 een subsidized this year by overÂ  $3,000 in contributions from area b
 usinesses, including title sponsor, the WilliamstownÂ  Savings Bank (W
 SB), and major sponsors Alton & Westall and the WilliamsÂ  College Cen
 ter for Environmental Studies. Businesses have also donated $2,000Â  i
 n prizes. Admission tickets double as raffle tickets for an Old Town k
 ayakÂ  from Berkshire Outfitters, a mountain bike from the Spoke, or o
 utdoor clothingÂ  from Natureâ€™s Closet.Â  The first-prize kayak is o
 n display in the lobby ofÂ  the Williamstown branch of WSB.Â  TicketsÂ
   can be purchased in advance at the bank, The Spoke, Natureâ€™s Close
 t, Wild OatsÂ  or from HooRWA board members. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Numero

 €™s O, Canada exhibit, opening at 5:30 p.m. that day. The exhibitÂ  wi
 ll showcase the vast expanse of art made in that country, spanning all
  mediaÂ  and crossing generations and geography. Tickets for the recep
