There are many "back to school" clothes available in the FRC Clothing Exchange, lower level of Haskins Building, 210 State Street, North Adams. It is open 8:30-4, M-F and has gently used children's clothing in newborn-size 10-12. We also have a bookshelf with a large selection of free children's books.
The Clothing Exchange gets weekly donations of a variety of children's clothing items in a range of sizes. Due to these generous donations we currently have a good selection of quality clothes available; many are in "like new" condition.
Recent donations have included dresses; white polo's and dress shirts (great for kids who wear uniforms) and sweaters. There is also a large selection of infant clothes.
Please share this information with other families that may not know about this service.
The Clothing Exchange welcomes donations of children's clothing items and books in gently used condition. We do not accept used toys or infant equipment. Families don't need to donate clothes to take clothes. We ask that people only take items for their own family or a family they are working with and that they limit what they take to 2 bags of clothing per visit. Stop in and see what we have to offer.
We are always seeking volunteers to keep the Clothing Exchange well stocked and tidy. Thank you
