Frank Lowenstein, Global Climate Adaptation Strategy Leader for The Nature Conservancy, will give a talk on the latest international climate change negotiations and impacts on the Berkshires.

Introduction by Elizabeth Kolbert, COOL Committee member and  staff writer for the New Yorker.
